Our Wellness Companion Care Plan was thoughtfully designed for seniors who benefit from reliable weekly support, meaningful companionship, gentle wellness oversight, and the comfort of a familiar routine at home.

This plan is ideal for individuals who may not require advanced medical care, but would benefit from ongoing support that helps preserve independence, emotional well-being, safety, and quality of life.

Starting at $1,850/month

Includes:

  • 12 hours/week of recurring support

  • Companionship & social engagement

  • Meal preparation support

  • Medication reminders

  • Transportation assistance

Care Structure

  • 3 recurring visits per week

    At Young Concierge Care, we provide personalized recovery and resettling support designed to help seniors heal safely and comfortably at home during one of the most vulnerable stages of recovery.
